1 medium zucchini
6 plum tomatoes
½ tsp. tarragon
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. black pepper
regular flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, then cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices, peeling if desired. Wash, then cut tomatoes in half lengthwise.

Spray broiler pan generously with cooking spray and place vegetable slices on it.

Sprinkle spices over vegetables.

Broil for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
