2 pounds baby carrots, peeled
10 ounce package mushrooms
2 tbsp. garlic powder
˝ tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. basil
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots in half lengthwise. Slice mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Add carrots, mushrooms and water to 18-inch skillet. Sauté for 10 minutes.

Drain all but enough water to cover bottom of pan. Add garlic powder, black pepper and basil.

Sauté for 5 or 10 minutes more until carrots are soft, but not mushy.
