2 pounds fresh green beans
1 bunch red beets
2 tbsp. sesame seeds*
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups water
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. lemon juice
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Pop ends off green beans. Slice beets. If beets are large, you may want to cut them in half.

Put beans and water in an 18-inch skillet. Cook on medium-high for 10 minutes or until beans are just turning soft. Drain excess water.

Add beets, onion, ginger and lemon to skillet. Sauté until onion is tender, about 15 minutes. Add cooking spray as needed to prevent sticking.
