1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream sugars, butter and oil. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Stir into sugar mixture thoroughly blended. Dough will be very soft.
3. Refrigerate until chilled. Drop by small balls onto greased cookie sheet, 2-inches apart. Flatten with fork.

Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
