Ingredients:  
mix until crumbly -
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¾ c. uncooked oatmeal
½ c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Press half of crumble mix into a greased 9x13 cake pan. Cover with 4 c. diced rhubarb or apples
2. Combine 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 2 Tbs. corn starch, 1 tsp. vanilla and cook until thick
3. Pour over rhubarb or apples. Can put can of pie cherries on top of rhubarb or apples.
4. Top with remaining crumble

Bake 350º over for 1 hour. Serve with cream if desired
