5 c. well mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. butter
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add butter to hot mashed potatoes. Do not use milk to mash the potatoes as milk makes lefse tough. Let stand until cool under cover.
2. Take flour in well. Take small pieces and roll very thin (using as little flour as possible)
3. Bake on lefse grill or ordinary grill
As you bake them, stack them and keep covered.

Then ready to serve, spread on butter, sprinkle white and/or brown sugar on. Fold or roll to serve.
