Devil Eggs
12 hard cooked eggs halved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt and pepper (few dashes)
4 tsp prepared mustard
2 T minced onions (fresh)
Can be made the day before

Sauce
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
4 cups milk
3 cups shredded sharp cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place 24 halves in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put 1 slab small ham cubes on top of eggs - pour sauce over and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes
