1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 can 15 oz Libby's Pure Pumpkin
1 can 12 oz. carnation evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

You can add spices to your pie if you like:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt (if you like spices you add here)in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the pumkin and sugar mixture. Gradually add the evaporated milk.

Pour into your pie shell.

Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce tempature to 350 degrees. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife insertd near center comes out clean. Cool pie for about 2 hours.

Serve or refrigerate
