4 c. rhubarb
½ c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry jello
one cake mix
miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut up 4 c. rhubarb.
While moist, add 1/2 c. sugar and 1 pkg. strawberry jello. Set aside.
Mix one cake mix as directed.
Grease 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle bottom of pan with miniature marshmallows. Cover with cake mix. Add rhubarb mixture on top
Bake 350º for 45 minutes.
Marshmallows will come to top while baking, for frosting. And rhubarb will be on bottom.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Any fresh fruit can be used.
