½ c. shortening
1½ c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. butter milk or sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Mix and add 1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
Sprinkle 1/3 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350º - Grandma does not give bake time
