2 pkgs stew meat or round steak - brown in heavy skillet
Layer of meat in bottom
Layer of onions
Layer of celery
Layer of carrots
Layer of potatoes
2 T Tapioca pudding
1 tsp salt
1 T sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle tapioca pudding, salt, sugar and pepper over top of stew. Add 1 can of tomato soup and water mixed.
Bake at 250º for 5 hours
Do not peek or stir
