6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Wild Rice and Mushroom stuffing
1 stick melted butter
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 c. chopped pecans
¾ c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts. Prepare stuffing in microwave. Combine butter and mustard. Salt and Pepper chicken. Divide stuffing between each breast and roll and fasten with a toothpick. Dip in butter and mixture and then chopped pecans. Sauté in Teflon pan with butter until brown. Add chicken broth and cover, simmer until done (approx. 20 minutes). Remove chicken and reduce liquid, add sour cream and warm. Serve over chicken.
