4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp salad oil
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, stir in buttermilk, oil and raisins (batter will be stiff). Shape into a round loaf and place on a large non-stick pie pan or shallow baking tray which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 50 minutes in a preheated 350º oven.
