1 c. toasted wheat germ
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cumin
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cayenne
2 egg whites
1 T. water
4 chicken breasts boned and skinned
¾ c. salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine separately beaten egg whites and water until frothy. Dip chicken in egg whites and then wheat germ mixture. Dip and coat chicken again, coat thoroughly. Spray baking sheet. Lightly Spray tops of chicken. Bake 400º for 18-20 minutes. Serve with salsa.
