1/4 C low fat buttermilk
4 t Dijon mustard
1 T honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 C dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 T grated fresh parm. cheese
4-6 oz chicken thighs, skinned

1.Preheat oven to 425º
2.Combine first 6 ingredients in small microwave safe bowl
3.Spoon 3 T buttermilk mixture into a bowl
4.Combine bread crumbs & cheese in a amll bowl. Dip chicken in wet mix and dredge in bread crumbs
5.Chill 15 minutes. Lightly coat a baking sheet & preheat in oven for 5 mins
6.Put chicken on baking sheet and bake at 425º for 24 mins, turning after about 12 mins
7.Microwave reserved buttermilk mixture on high for 20 seconds or until warm. Drizzle sauce over chicken.
