Pumpkin Cake:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. apple sauce
4 eggs

Cream Cheese Frosting:
2 - 8oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. butter (softened)
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, sugar, baking soda, & cinnamon. Add pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, apple sauce, & eggs. Beat on low speed to blend. Scrape bowl & beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting:
Combine the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well. Frost a cooled cake.
