1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together with a spoon in a bowl.

Bring a pot of salted water to a rollng boil.

Fill a Spatzle maker with the mixture and add to the boiling water

As soon as they float on top remove to a platter.

Optional: Cover entire noodles with browend butter.
