1 ½ Cups Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Well Beaten Eggs
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
½ Cup Water
¼ tsp. Baking Powder
¾ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp, Ground Cloves
2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 Cup Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 ⅔ Cups Sifted All Purpose Flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
Pour into a greased 5x9 loaf pan.
Bake for 90minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
