1 ½ Cups Sugar
1 Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Canola Oil
¼ Cup Milk
2 Beaten Eggs
1 ½ tsp. Pure Vanilla
1 Cup Mashed Ripe Bananas
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
¼ tsp. Salt
1 Cup Toasted Chopped Walnuts

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until well mixed. Pour into a large loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
