1 Pie Crust....................................................4 Eggs
1 Cup Diced Ham..........................................1½ Cups Half and Half
¼ Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese....................½ tsp Salt
¼ Cup Grated Swiss Cheese.........................2 Tbsp Chives

Directions:
Directions:
Put ham in unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle on half of each cheese. Beat eggs with a fork than add the half and half, salt and chives. Place crust on a cookie sheet. Pour on egg mixture then sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Bake at 375º or until top is puffed and brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
