1 c. sugar
3 Tbs. cornstarch
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
3 c. chopped rhubarb
1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)

Topping -
½ c. quick cooking oats
⅓ c. flour
⅓ c. packed brown sugar
½ tsp. grated orange or lemon peel
⅓ c. cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat in the sour cream and egg. Gently fold in rhubarb. Pour into the pie shell.
2. Topping -
Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and orange peel. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle voer the filling
3. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake 35-40 additional minutes or until topping is golden brown
4. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers
