2 eggs
1½ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1½ c. flour, sifted

Directions:
Beat the eggs slightly, then add the milk, salt and sugar. Be sure to add the flour slowly to keep the batter smooth.
Will make 50-60 cakes.
Dip iron in hot fat/oil for about 3 seconds, then dip in batter and fry in fat/oil for about 3 seconds.
