2 crust pastry shells
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
2 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb, chopped
4 c. baking apples, peeled and chopped
2 c. sugar
⅔ c. flour
2 Tbs. lemon juice

1. Combine all ingredients and split between the 2 pie shells
2. Top the second crust and and cut vents
3. Mix 1 egg yolk with a little water and brush crusts
4. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes
