⅓ c. vinegar
⅓ c. olive oil
⅓ c. red wine
⅓ c. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. celery salt
½ Tbs. pepper
1 Tbs. minced onion
½ Tbs. garlic powder
½ Tbs. six pepper blend

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Let cuts of meat sit in marinade for 4-10 hours.

Substitute Worcestershire sauce with soy sauce and use with duck or goose.
