1 lb. ground venison or beef
1 pkg. (2 Tbs) taco seasoning
8 oz. shredded cheese
¼ c. butter
¼ c. flour
1 can chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. can chilies
small tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown venison. Add taco seasoning. Put meat and cheese in tortillas, roll up and put in greased 9x13 pan. Set aside
2. Combine butter and flour in small saucepan. Cook over low, med-low heat - stirring constantly until light brown. Add chicken broth, stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sour cream and chilies. Heat until warm.
3. Pour mixture over tortillas
4. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
5. Add additional cheese on top, if desired. Serve with taco sauce and sour cream
