1-2 lb. kielbasa sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. black pepper
15 oz. sauerkraut with juice
4 Tbs. finely chopped parsley
6 c. milk
2 c. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop sausage coarsely by hand, food processor or blender
2. Saute sausage and onion in deep pan over medium heat until meat is lightly browned, about 8 minutes
3. In small bowl, combine flour, thyme and pepper
4. Add to sausage and brown all together until mixture bubbles, about 5 minutes.
5. Add milk and half and half all at once. Cook, stirring until it bubbles, about 5 minutes.
6. Add sauerkraut and juice and bring to boil.
7. This will continue to thicken as it cools. Top with fresh parsley on top and serve.
