1 lb. smoke casing sausage
⅓ c. flour
1 c. half and half
pinch of dill
8 oz. sauerkraut, undrained
3 c. milk
½ tsp. thyme
1½ tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take sausage out of skin, chop and brown in pan.
2. Add flour and milk. Cook until bubbly.
3. Add thyme, dill, lemon juice, half and half, and sauerkraut
4. Heat for about 5 minutes
