1½ lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. celery, cut fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushrooms, or fresh mushrooms, or no mushrooms - you choose
1 large onion, chopped (or 2 smaller ones)
1 can chicken rice soup
salt, to taste

1. Soak 1 c. wild rice overnight. Make certain rice is washed well (use 1/2 c. white rice and 1/2 c. wild rice)
2. Mix all together and place in greased casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. -Add more liquid as needed
