1½ - 2 lb. meat
6-8 carrots
1 c. celery
1 - 2 lb. can tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
¼ pkg. Lipton onion soup (1½ Tbs.)
2 slices bread, cubed
4 Tbs. tapioca
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. salt
dash pepper, thyme and rosemary
1 can peas or beans - could use frozen instead (canned peas are gross)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except peas.
Bake at 250º for 5-6 hours.
Add peas 30 minutes before serving.
