1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4½ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together powdered sugar, sugar, butter, and oil. Add 2 beaten eggs.
2. Then add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
3. Form into balls, put on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Flatten with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in oil/cooking spray and granulated sugar.
5. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
