3 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
1 c. breadcrumbs or crackers (crushed)
½ c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
pepper, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above. Put in 11x15 inch pan. Refrigerate over night. Cut into serving pieces (12-18). Roll in flour and brown. Arrange in pan and pour over 1 can of golden mushroom soup. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

How Mother Theresa makes it:
Mix all of the above ingredients. Place in baking pan - either form patties or place all ground beef mixture in pan and cut squares using knife. Cover with 1-2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
