Farmer's Market Lemon Bread Recipe

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
Grated rinds of 2 large lemons

Glaze -
½ c. sugar
Juice of both lemons - a little more if bottled juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add milk. Mix well
Add 8 dry ingredients

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Use 2 loaf pans.
Cool in pan for 1/2 hour.
Pour glaze over warm bread.

Cool until very cool and keep in fridge.
