1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.
Stir in milk.
Add oil to batter mix well.
Heat greased 8 inch iron skillet until very hot pour in batter and bake at 425 for 30 min or til lightly browned.
