1½ c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbs. sugar
⅓ c. butter or margarine (melted)
4 pkg. cream cheese softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

*9 inch springform pan*

Directions:
Directions:
Crust -
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
Filling -
Beat cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, 1 at a time. Mixing on a low speed, just until blended.
Pour over crust

Bake at 325º for 55 minutes or just until center is almost set.

Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Cool before removing rim.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.


Cover with strawberry sauce or toppings of your liking.
