½ c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
⅔ c. chocolate chips
13 oz. can evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together - bring to boil.
Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly
Let cool.
Pour on ice cream and top with peanuts, if you wish.

Store in quart jar and keep in refrigerator.
