1 ounce dry oats
3 ounces canned crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained*
1 ounce nonfat dry milk
1 egg
1 ounce cottage cheese
non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into one mini loaf pan sprayed with non-stick spray.

Bake on a middle oven rack at 425º for 20 minutes or until center is firm.
Makes one bar.

*Can substitute 6 ounces unsweetened apple sauce for pineapple, adding ⅛ tsp. cinnamon.

To make multiple bars, increase recipe ingredients accordingly, mix well, weigh batter and evenly divide among mini loaf pans.
