4 medium chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
2 T. all-purpose flour
1 ½ T. butter
1 T. vegetable oil
6 T. raspberry vinegar
½ to ¾ c chicken broth
½ c heavy cream
fresh raspberries to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat chicken with flour.

2. Melt butter in large skillet; add oil, Brown chicken, turning once. Add vinegar and broth to skillet; stir over low heat until combined.

3. Simmer, uncovered, until chicken is done, about 12-15 minutes. Remove chicken to serving platter, keep warm.

4. Add cream to skillet; boil sauce until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Pour sauce over chicken; garnish with raspberries
