2 tbsp sugar
½ C. brown sugar
½ C. melted butter
2 tbsp cinnamon
Pumpkin seeds (from 2 pumpkins)
Cookie Sheet

Seed Prep: Soak in water for 2 days prior to cooking

Preheat oven to 325º

Mix together ½ C. of melted butter, ½ C. brown sugar, 2 tbsp white sugar and 2 generous tbsp of cinnamon.

Add seeds and spread mixture over a cookie sheet evenly.

Bake for 1 hr, stirring every 10 min. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and white sugar.

Let cool 10min and place in a container.
