Personal Notes:
This is a Taylor staple at Thanksgiving. It is so good! I was talking to Nan, as I was helping her rip the bread. I asked how she learned to cook this stuffing. Even I know it was different from any stuffing I had ever had. She told me that she was preparing Thanksgiving dinner one year and was out of the seasoning she needed, so she substituted oregano. Her family loved it, so this is what became a Taylor tradition.
