6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups milk
8 slices cheese bread, trimmed of crust, buttered and cut into cubes
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Sal and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread and cheese in baking dish. Add eggs and milk. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an an hour until top is brown and crusty.
