2 Eggs
¾ C. milk
½ C. bread crumbs
¼ C. chopped onion
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground sage
⅛ tsp pepper
1 ½ lbs ground beef (or 1 lb beef and 1/2 lb ground sausage with sage)
¼ C. Catsup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
4 stalks chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine eggs and milk; Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, sage, salt and pepper. Add beef (and sausage). Thoroughly mix and spoon into a loaf pan.

Leave space on sides and spoon chopped celery around the edges.

Bake at 350º for 50min.

Make sauce: Catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard.

Spoon off drippings and fat. Glaze meat with sauce.

Bake 10min longer.
