2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp. paprika
½ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
pinch of oregano
regular flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine paprika, chili powder, onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, salt and oregano on dinner plate. Mix thoroughly and spread over area of plate large enough to cover salmon. Spray salmon with cooking spray and place face down into spice mixture.

Preheat grill for 10 minutes until very hot. Grill each side on high heat for 5 minutes or until blackened. Peel skin off bottom and serve.
