2 C. of Flour
2-3 Over Ripe Bananas
1 C. Brown Sugar (or ½ C. Brown and ½ C. White)
½ C. Butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp Milk
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
¾ C. grated Carrots (optional)
½ C. chopped nuts (optional)
½ C. raisins (optional)
½ C. dried cranberries (optional)
½ C. applesauce and/or dried apples (optional)
1 tsp orange zest/peel
2 Eggs

Lightly Grease a Loaf pan.

Mix Flour, Baking Powder, salt and baking soda.

In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar; Add eggs, orange zest/peel and beat well.

In small bowl mash bananas and stir in milk.

Add flour mixture and banana mixture to creamed mixture. Beat until smooth.

Add rest of your ingredients.

Pour into Loaf pan and bake at 350º for 45min-50min or until toothpick is clean.
