1 -12 ounce package of chocolate chips
1 egg - well beaten
1 stick butter - softened
1 package mini colored marshmallows
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and butter on low. Add well beaten egg and set aside to cool. After it's cool, work in powdered sugar, marshmellows and nuts. Working with hands, shape into a long roll.
Sprinkle coconut on wax paper and roll to pick up as much coconut as you can. Put in fridge to cool, slice.
