1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (cooked and drained)
1 c. cooked ham (diced)
2 c. rice
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/3 c. onion
1/2 oz. jar of chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cheese with milk in saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.

Combine peas, ham, rice, eggs, onion and pimento. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cover with cheese sauce.

Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
