2 - 3 oz. packages strawberry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries
13 oz. can crushed pineapple, not drained
3/4 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add strawberries. Stir until berries are thawed. Add crushed pineapple. Pour one-half of the mixture into a 9" square pan. (Leave remaining gelatin mixture out to avoid setting.) Chill until firm Spread sour cream on top of firm gelatin. Pour remainign mixture on top of sour cream. Chill until firm. Cut in squares. Please a spoonfull of additional sour cream on top of each square, if desired
