1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pint cream
graham crackers or vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Add knox gelatin to the milk and let stand 30 minutes. Add sugar to milk mixture. Beat egg yolks. Add the sugar, then eggs yolks to the above mixture. Cook until as thick as gravy. Cool. Whip the cream and beat the egg whites and add to the cooked mixture. Add cream first.

Line a pan with graham cracker crumbs. Pour the above mixture over this and sprinkle the top with rolled graham crackers or wafers.
