1 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 c sifted confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c egg white (approximately 11)
1 1/2 t. cream of tarter
1/4 t. salt
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Measure and sift three times flour and confectioners sugar. Measure into large mixing bowl egg whites and salt. Beat until foamy. Add cream of tarter. Beat until whites hold a peak. Beat in granulated sugar, 2T at a time. Add vanilla. Fold in flour, con. sugar mix. Sift about 2 T at a time into egg whites. Bake 30-35 minutes between 350º& 325º.
