1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the cream and sour cream until well blended. Let rest at room temperature until quite thick ( many hours). Scoop onto soups, desserts, fingers. etc. I add confectioners' sugar and serve with pies and other desserts. It's quite versatile and adds a touch of magic wherever it goes.
