19 ounce can black beans
19 ounce can pinto beans
19 ounce can kidney beans
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
¼ cup steak sauce (sugar/sweetener free)
1 tbsp. ketchup (sugar/sweetener free)
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350º.

Wash and drain beans in strainer for 10 minutes. Sauté onion and garlic. Coat large baking dish with cooking spray and mix beans together in it. Add onion and garlic. In separate bowl mix steak sauce, ketchup, water, soy sauce, and mustard. Pour mixture evenly over beans and stir.

Bake at 350° for 1½ to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, but not during the last half hour.
